TECHNIQUE OF THE DAY 🏓

Are you struggling with your backhand dinks? Improving it starts with an emphasis on basic skills including stroke, grip, and footwork, as well as locking out your elbow to create a swinging pendulum motion. The biggest focus should be on “carrying” the ball rather than slicing or chopping it.

Today’s video demonstrates correct paddle grip and control, how to turn towards your target, and tips on maintaining the right height and stroke path. Follow all these tips and tricks to master your backhand dink!
